  • I went to Macy's in the Summerlin Mall on June 4TH. The parking garage is a great addition since it keeps the car cooler during the summer! I went into Macy's to do a return on a duplicate gift I had received. The lady in the men's fragrance department was Courtney. Her outgoing and helpful attitude was fantastic. She processed the return in seconds and was quick to ask if there was anything else she could do to be of assistance. The great costumer service that Courtney provided is what will keep me coming back to this Macy's location. The professional, outgoing, and friendly service always makes shopping outings more enjoyable and is what I'm sure Macy's expects its employees to exhibit.
