  • I have been a member for many years and I buy much of my jewelry here. The last few times I wanted to make a purchase the Asian lady at the counter is a real ball buster and is not friendly. She is a stuck up old bat who tries to sell me things I do not want and tells me what I like is ugly. I did not know that you have the right to tell me what to buy. Ask for anyone but her! The manager is a dick head too! He doesn't care how she treats customers!
