  • GREAT new place!! I was in town from NY and desperately needed a wax, but nervous about trying somewhere new because as a veteran waxer, I have HIGH standards when it comes to waxers/facilities...I was MORE than pleasantly surprised! First, the facility is brand new. It's SUPER clean and polished. The vibe feels like an upscale salon, but the prices are super reasonable! My waxer, Megan couldn't have been nicer. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The wax itself was practically PAINLESS! I highly recommend this place and will definitely return on my next trip to Cleveland. I hope the ones in NY are just as good!
