  • Terrible place. They sold a defective toner cartridge for $22 and wouldn't take it back. It worked the first few times we used it. We don't print things a lot. The next time we tried to use it, the printer read it was empty. But more than a month had passed and the cash register "wouldn't let the clerk return it." Apparently, Office Depot is governed solely by a cash register. Must be a weird corporation to work for under those circumstances. Your better off using the home office section at WALMART. At least they make it easy to return defective merchandise.
