  • Well, I usually try not to leave negative reviews, but honesty is the best policy. Tina does a great job with our dogs. However, I can't really say I will call her again. Last appt took me 5 attempts of getting ahold of her to get an appointment over a weeks time and today she completely no showed / no called. I asked for an after 2 appt, she asked if we could do a 1 or 1:30. I left work early, and nothing. No response to my message and no one grooming my dogs. I gave her an extra star because the previous times she has come, its been good. But i just dont have the time to waste on no show appts, especially when I had made the arrangements to accomodate the appt. My pet peeve is someone saying they will do something and just not doing it. If you cant come, or you cant do something, just let me know. Its that simple. Its too bad, there really aren't many mobile groomers in the area taking on new clients. :/
