rev:text	I was pretty bummed out with my experience today. I come to this location often and never have an issue, I usually just go in and keep to myself so I never really have to deal with anyone. Today I went in with my husband and son in hopes of starting a registry. The lady working the registry department asked if we knew where we were going and I said we were actually interested in a registry. She was holding the phone up and seemed to be on hold with someone. She asked if we were wanting to look up a registry or start one, which I replied starting. She slightly rolled her eyes and said ok then went to her phone call. We stood there awkwardly and I said we could walk around and look at stuff and come back, she said okay and looked away. We walked around for about twenty minutes then wondered back to the front, as we were back up front, she walked away from the registry office and when we didn't see her again we decided to just leave and try again at a different location another time or online. I understand it is the holidays and times are busy but it is still your job and people still have their lives to live. I was really sad about this because we were really looking forward to doing our registry today and do not often have days off together to do it but instead we left feeling embarrassed and like a burden. I hope that this was just a fluke and is not something that happens often because this is such a convenient location for me and doing a registry should be fun and exciting experience, not an uncomfortable one.
