Do NOT be talked into one of their plans!!! They tell you they are there. Their phone messages say they are there when your pet needs them. They are NEVER available. You can only make an appoint for a couple weeks in the future. You spend hundreds on their plan, and then never get to use the free visits. You have to spend hundreds at the emergency rooms or another vet. Yes, the plan "pays for itself" if you get to do a teeth cleaning or spay/neuter. Other than that, you save nothing. I have been trying this with 4 dogs, over the span of 3 years. DON'T be pulled in.
