| - This place ruined my cars paint. I have a new ( less than 3 weeks old) car that I brought in because I had been unable to get all the water drips off when drying it. I specifically asked them if it was safe for the paint, and told them it really didn't need it to be washed, just needed it rinsed and dried to get rid of the streaks. (It had been washed and waxed less than a week before.)
It came out and they barely dried it, it was worse then I have seen it before. Once it got into the sun it was covered in scratches and swirl marks.
When I mentioned it to them, and asked why they said it wouldn't hurt the finish and what can be done about it, they said that is normal for dark color cars and all car washes will do that, and that polishing and buffing it out may help, but its normal.
Why in the Heck did they say that was safe for the finish? It may have only been a $30,000 when purchased three weeks ago, but it was still new and in good shape with NO marks on it and now it looks like complete trash.
They did also adjust my seat, and radio station (They Absolutely should not mess with anyone's settings, there is no reason to touch that stuff when they are in the car for all of 3 minutes.) Also, the guy in the car must have has something on his shoes, because the floor mat was covered in black goop that I had to scrub off.
It was not there before, I had just vacuumed and dusted everything the day before.
This place is terrible, they will ruin your car and then try and play it off like its normal.
