  • Me and my wife purchased our first Lexus today from Don Valley North dealership. It is a pre-owned one but it's nice and clean and we love it. Service at the dealership was excellent. Personnel is very knowledgeable and helpful. We started from picking a car that was not certified and so we asked sales consultant Luke Wang to take it to our mechanic and get the car checked. When we eventually decided not to purchase the car they were very casual about it. Luke helped us to find a replacement which we loved, helped us to get the price we liked and stayed till late to help us processing it and explaining all the details. Good job, Lexus! Alex and Diana
