  • I ordered a pulled pork sandwich with a side of cole slaw from the Proper Pig's food truck. The sandwich was assembled and delivered in under five seconds! The pork was soft, succulent, and deliciously smoked. I found myself wanting more pork! For nine dollars, they should give you a bigger bun and more pork, but I loved every bite of it. The cole slaw was tasty too. I want to visit the restaurant so I can sit down and eat some pig properly.
