| - OMG: I got a handwritten snail mail not from a celebrity, but from this LV store location! Further demonstrates customer service done RIGHT!
I stopped by this specific LV location by random out of all the other LV stores in Vegas after coming to a firm decision in wanting that specific bag I've thought about over the years. I knew I could easily back out if I didn't love the bag at first sight, so I wasn't too worried if snobby sales associates didn't help me with having hands on experince with the handbag.
However, I was still quite intimidated when I first walked into the store since I've only ever bought one luxury branded bag, which was a Coach bag. Wasn't a pleasant experience but they might have judged me since I was a High Schooler at that time. Anyway, the sales person at this LV who helped me was also apparently the team manager! She greeted us when we first walked in and later approached us to see if we (my mother and I) needed help. She was genuinely pleasant in helping me with my first purchase! Overall, wonderful experience!! Especially since my second experience at purchasing a wallet from another LV store once I returned home from Vegas, was QUITE disappointing compared to the first experience I had at Wynn's LV in regards to customer service. Guess they don't judge in Vegas because they never know what kind of customer you get just from glancing at their overall apperance! The person who helped me was Alice Kan, the Leather Goods Team Manager.
While finalizing my purchase, I had to fill out a card and I wrote my birthday which Alice noticed and made a comment on (my birthday was in a few weeks). So to further demonstrate the pleasant first LV experience I had, I was VERY surprised to see in my mail that I had recieved a snail mail from LV! After opening the mail, it was a card, a handwritten birthday card from Alice Kan! It was a pleasant surprise because I thought the store would have nothing to do with me anymore after my purchase! I purchased the Neo Totally MM in Damier Ebe.
