Unfortunate customer service for the hotel and the rooms could really use some updating. We were lied to by the front desk about when we'd be able to check in and wasted over an hour on the phone dealing with changing rooms and getting help with our bags and new keys. Housekeeping decided not to clean our common area, not even take out the trash in the bins or vacuum the floor, which obviously had crumbs. A manager on the phone promised not to charge a resort fee for our troubles, but of course the resort fee appeared on the bill. We got a restaurant credit, but the restaurant couldn't figure out how to apply it. It was just one thing after another, and unlike any of the other 6 hotels I've stayed at on the strip.
The good news? The rooms are big, the bathrooms are quite nice, and the beds were very comfortable.
