  • I've used him twice for Fridge temperature issue. Both times, showed up same day. Both times, he was honest and told me further sealed systems would be covered under warranty and that I should contact the manufacturer (who then sent me to a "factory authorized" vendor). Despite not getting the bigger job, he even supplied part numbers and a follow up call.
