  • It's a clean, friendly place but I've had better pho in town. Here's what makes their pho not totally up to par: * the broth is on the bland side, not flavorful and savory enough. * the rice noodles are placed in the bowls way before you order. I can tell bc it comes in one giant sticky glob in the soup and it's hard to break apart to eat. * the sliced ribeye is completely cooked in the bowl. Typically, the meat is placed into your bowl with the boiling hot broth and you can actually see it being cooked by it. This place has the meat completely well done by the time it arrives at the table. I suspect they have each portion already cooked separately.
