  • My boyfriend bought me a very nice coach watch from here so we went back to purchase a movado. He surprised me with my first pink movado bold watch. I opened the box and the watch was dirty and scratched. We went back the next morning and I asked why I wasn't sold a New untouched watch. the lady said that was her last watch and she could order a new one. I went around the case to see if there was a similar watch we could get it exchanged for... and there was the same watch brand new in the case. I will not be doing business here again.
