  • I love this store as its affordable and they usually have really cute clothing and shoes but I think the staff needs to work on their customer service. I understand not everybody is perfect at it and everybody has their bad days where it makes the whole day bad for them but ever since I came to this location, the staff is ALWAYS rude. No greetings, no offer in helping and I literally always have to ask if I can go in one of the fitting rooms as they would like to stand next to them and gossip or talk about their lives. Sorry not sorry but news flash, yall are at work. You're not in a lounge, you're not at home and you're definitely not on break. Do your job and help the customers out and be a little more helpful. I only go to this location if it's a last minute thing I have to get too but other than that I prefer the rainbow location vs this one. Their customer service is a lot 100% better.
