  • So far my experience and expectation of this company is not good. To be fair I have not used the facility, but I have been inside. My problem is that I can't seem to reach anyone that is willing to be professional enough to keep their appointment with me. I talked to someone named Mike. Mike scheduled to meet me but never showed and never called to reschedule. I took time out of my day to drive over and wait but no show on Mike's part. I finally get a phone call four hours later with some excuse and then the audacity to try and sale me on a current promotion for the month of February. Say, "he'll offer me that for the mess up". "Sleazy move" on his part.
