  • After our neighbor's place was broken into (in broad daylight no less), we decided to check out alarm companies. ADT was the first place we went, since we just know the name and we used to see those signs everywhere when we lived in CA. But after typing "Best Home Security" and "Phoenix" into Yelp, JPG came up. So we gave it a look. After price-shopping around (JPG, ADT and one other company I cannot recall), JPG offered the best deal, and the staff seemed to be the most professional. (We were at first going to go with ADT, and the ADT tech/rep called my home phone from his out-of-state cell phone and asked for my credit card info to expedite the process - really? You're a SECURITY company asking for my credit card info over a mobile phone owned by a subcontractor? That was a turn off.) The JPG price, install, and functionality of the equipment so far is 5 stars. We live in a nice Central Phoenix neighborhood, and I never thought we would need an alarm system until the aforementioned break-in next door. The company's signs/stickers says something like "A+ Security", which is the national company that I guess leases out or partners with JPG as the local Phoenix franchisee I guess you could call it. So that was a little confusing. But other than that, we are so far totally satisfied and would recommend this company to others seeking piece-of-mind.
