  • I just purchased my third Honda from Right Honda and once again I am completely satisfied! PJ Arnal was able to get the exact vehicle in that I wanted and there was no strong arming from him to purchase something on the lot. A few days before the vehicle arrived he reached out to me and gave me an update. We worked out a deal and when I arrived at the dealership 5 DAYS later the deal was the exact same! PJ had no hidden costs or broken promises! When we looked at the vehicle he taught me all about the features, transferred Honda items off my last vehicle into the new one and even gave me a driving lesson to ensure I was comfortable in the vehicle before I left! Certainly I could go to the three other Honda dealerships that are much closer to home than Right Honda but I have been there in years past and they don't have the integrity and class of PJ Arnal. I will also continue to make the drive for service as Bill is wonderful. Yes I previously had a not so good experience but Bill saw that I wasn't happy and has been my service advisor ever since. He is very honest. Telling you things that need to be done and things that can wait! I can't recommend Right Honda and PJ and Bill enough!! Thanks guys!!!
