I am not pleased with Lake Norman Hyundai. My husband noticed that I had a headlight out on my 2016 on Monday. He took it in Tuesday and to his surprise they had to special order it. REALLY!! I would think something as simple as headlights, wipers, spark plugs would be available all the time. The part would not be in until Friday. Never received a call to follow up or reschedule my appointment at all. I have called this morning 5 times since 7:30 and no one answered. This experience has confirmed that I'm going back to Infiniti or research other brands and performance, dealer service, quality of care and rentals available during service appointments. I was trying to wait until the Genesis SUV comes out but this dealership has turned me off from the brand.
