  • I was looking forward to staying at this property but American Airlines canceled our flight (after a three hour delay) which was the last one in the evening. Obviously, the situation was out of our control. I called the hotel asking them to waive their cancellation policy and the manager (Sabrina) refused to. Poor customer service for obvious reasons!
