  • Haven't shopped here that long and upon first experience it was explained that if something did not work they will refund. The clerk also set up an account and it was explained that one's purchases would be logged so it could be looked up later. I have purchased there for about the past 6 months. One of the facial moisturizers caused skin irritation so I tried to return it. The clerks in the store were not able to look up my purchase on my account because my purchases were not entered into it. The receipt was extremely faded to point it could not be read anymore (I encounter this frequently these days) so they refused to refund the item. They would only give store credit for half of the price. Needless to say I will not be shopping here in the future. Too bad.
