I had been here a few times before and enjoyed it with no issues. Went for winterlicious this time and for my birthday dinner. What a waste of a birthday dinner! The servers wear jeans, hats and sweatshirts showing how much they care about their presentation. Ours didn't even look at us when we were speaking or ordering and the portions were so tiny we went to eat somewhere else after. My desert went to my friend and his came to me with a candle in it just plopped in front of me. No happy birthday, nothing. The most pleasantries we received was when we were paying of course. You are forced to tip 18 or 20% which isn't right. I'll be sure not to come here again. We were really disappointed.
