  • I'm very happy with Aqua Safe. Tony came to the house (on-time and respectful) ready to deliver his full spiel. And to his credit, he happily catered to my specific needs (I had done lots of homework on water treatment, and water quality in the valley, and wanted to cut right to the chase). I never felt like I was in a "hard-sell" presentation, and I did feel like Tony wanted to help me get what I wanted and needed, even though it wasn't his top-dollar system. The installation went smoothly, with a professional and careful crew. They used all copper pipe, not PVC as I feared/expected, and were clean and respectful of my home. Anyone who's been in the valley for long knows how very hard our public water supply is, and how many companies try to sell us on water treatment. If you're in the market, do lots of research so you know how water softening works and what it would cost you to buy a system and install it yourself. Then decide if it is worth it to you to have someone do the installation for you. In my case, I found that Tony and Aqua Safe were able to find a right price to let me buy from them, instead of trying it myself. And I'm glad I did.
