I spent about six hours with techs, in person and on the phone, because they couldn't figure out how to port my phone number. Finally I just gave up and begged them to give me a new number. Which, a week later, doesn't work. I can neither make nor receive calls.
Their internet connection is so full of holes that searching the web is like wading through a maze rigged with quicksand.
I've never had worse service, ever, with anything, in my life.
