  • Probably my new favorite place to stay. Super exclusive. Staff goes above and beyond. Very quiet once you get past the ground floor. It has a private floor for its guests that include a fridge of water, gym, internet access via MacBooks, and tea. All complimentary for guests. Priority line to Nobu restaurant included with stay as well. They also have a texting service which you can ask questions and requests services for your room. Also, enhanced room and turn down services for each room. Matt, the hotel manager gave us a free upgrade into the Hakone suite. I keep in touch with him and let him know when I stay there. He always takes care of us and greets us. It's nice that he takes the time to remember us.
