  • This shop has a great selection and if they don't have what you're looking for in stock they will order it and ship it to you. I had the pleasure of Wendy's service that I can't say enough about. I went in about an hour before closing and she was very helpful and understood I was looking for options to deal with some minor breakage and was not a full time extension user. After looking over the options and having Wendy share her thoughts on the color match I wanted to think it over. I let her know I would be back. I did return the following morning and had to admit that she was absolutely correct. After looking at my old extensions and evaluating she was spot on with her color suggestions. I made my purchase after careful and well counseled consideration. Wendy also shared a couple of other options to consider based on our conversation but I wasn't sure and she would've needed to order it so I passed at that moment. The following day I returned to the store again and once again referred to Wendy's expertise as I now wanted the pieces she recommended. I was prepared to place my order when she told me that she had it in stock because she had ordered it knowing it would be perfect for me and had a feeling I would be back. Now that is customer service! Wendy is a gem and I'm thankful for her service and dedication to making women feel beautiful!
