  • Ordered two McDoubles no onion from the drive thru. Took eight minutes to get my food. Both burgers were not even warm. Asked for a fresh set of burgers, lady at the window said they were just made. She said they will remake them. I pull up into the waiting area. Guy comes out two minutes later with my "new burgers". They are too hot to the touch. I open one and see that the cheese has completely melted. Went inside and talked to the manager. She also said they were fresh made. I told her they were microwaved hot. Throws out my " new burgers" and not providing me proof of the old burgers destruction. Two minutes later, I get another fresh set. Opened them up, yup. Fresh burgers. Temperature is right and cheese still has its shape. I once worked at MCD as a kid, you can't fool me. This MCD has lazy, lying crew, and management.
