  • Had a very poor experience here. Firstly I'm not new to tanning so I know what to expect. What drew me in was the new location but my first time here I was sold $200 worth of lotions that I NEEDED, but gave me a horrible skin reaction. I know it wasn't the associates fault but they weren't very helpful dealing with my situation. They ordered me a new lotion which was the most helpful part, but I had no choice in my lotion and accused me of lying about my reaction, and undermined my physicians diagnosis. These people are not here to give medical diagnosis! I won't ever be back to this location to tan. I much prefer the islington location for service. I appreciate the lotion exchange but I'd much rather go back to using my moderately priced lotion which does the same job and not have sales pushed down my throat. Still waiting for head office to return my call.
