HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - When I complained about 1. his tardiness on having my boot's heel fixed on time (I gave him 1 week to fix it)and 2. how he can never find my boots, even with a ticket ("What color is it? Is it a boot or shoe?") he told me to get out his store, stop complaining and go elsewhere. I asked him for a discount as I am not a happy customer, as a sign of goodwill - he told me never to come back ever again. What a way to keep your customers happy!
