  • Stephen has an interesting technique that can be helpful. His "tableside manner" is strange and sometimes off-putting, however, and he's not a good communicator. It can be difficult to reach him. I'm not surprised he has closed his office. He had a waiting room, but his front door was usually locked, so you couldn't get in, even if you were just 5 minutes early. He almost never answered his phone or returned calls in a prompt manner. I think he does house calls now and if you can deal with the person, the bodywork is good.
