  • Very bad customer service. Inappropriate billing practices, charges that should not have appeared in my bill, as well as legitmate items but inflated costs. Aggressive and rude agents were completely unwilling to correct errors the company made. Calling it quits with this company has been frustrating and costly. I'd rather have no phone than their service!
