  • This could have been a GREAT experience, and it should have been. But it wasn't! I made a 5:00 appointment and got there really early, my ultra sound started late and only lasted maybe 10 min. The ultra sound tech was friendly but rushed us! We didn't even get to see our baby in HD which we paid for, and also we were supposed to receive a gift bag which we never got. this should have been a beautiful experience as this is our first child and we are excited, but it was a huge disappointment.. The staff was friendly but none of that really matters when you don't even get the minimum that you paid for. I called today to let them know I wasn't happy that I didn't get what I paid for and they were really nice, apologized and invited me back for a Saturday appointment to see the baby in HD. I will update my review after this appointment, and I hope to be able to give them more stars. A day before the appointment the receptionist calls me to tell me that she checked the session and I did get HD images. I checked the DVD and she was right but the images were so horrible! And we weren't shown them on the screen at the session. At the rescan the tech said I got a lot of HD images but she will do a rescan to make me happy. Although the images still weren't too good. overall it was stressful, if the first session wasn't so rushed this whole ordeal could of been avoided. Don't think I will be returning, I think I'll go with mommy 2be experience for my 30 week 3D scan, I went to them for my first ultrasound and had a wonderful time. I expected more form HD, I thought it would be really clear like the images on their website, and it was worse then 3D. I don't know if this was a problem with the tech or something else. since they tried to make me happy I think they deserve 2 stars. But I'm very disappointed with my gender determination and that's something I can never do over (with this pregnancy) I would recommend mommy 2 be over this place, it's worth the extra drive.
