So I recently went for just a plain pedicure with my friend and her pre-teen daughter. Overall, I was very impressed with the atmosphere: clean, up-to-date technology, diversity of services - basic manicures and pedicures, they even do gelish and shilac. The person doing my pedicure was quiet, but did an overall good job with my feet. Now the decrease in stars came from his abrupt approach while I was drying my nails under the UV light. He told me that he was going to kick me out since I did not pay yet. I told him that I was not approached to pay (something that is normally done either mid or end of the service) but can. As I am pulling out the money, he begins to ask me if I can pay for the other two (of which I had no problem doing) and rudely asks if this was too much money. He told me it was $32 for the adults and $12 for the daughter. At first, I was wondering where this was coming from (was it something I was wearing? My hair?) Granted I understand that I do need to pay but the approach for this was surprising. I question whether I will go there again, but at least the waiting time to get a pedicure was short (maybe this is the reason...)
