  • In response to Jerrys comment... i can change my name or picture... there's no crime in that and it was due for an update anyway. Why would it concern you anyway?!? I can do what ever I want. I understand that you're trying to defend your business. And I find it funny that this one bad review even caught your decision to reply. I had no problem with your staff at all... and like I said I enjoyed my son being there. You keep saying I signed documents and such... yes I am aware of that, but do you see a document that I signed for an auto payment from my checking account for a missed payment? NO! The only auto pay that would have been done would be from when we first started with the school and it was with a debit card. We no longer have that card and I for certainly know that we didn't give you guys authorization to use our checking acct. Oh and don't forget to mention that during the 2-3 weeks that I was unable to pay... that WE DID notify your staff that we were going to make the payment late... AND HOW YOU continued to send emails of delinquency EVERY SINGLE DAY (sometimes twice a day and late at night) and then send us a collections notice... sounds like harassment, don't you say? And all in 3 weeks!!!! Nice try in making me look like the culprit... I already paid what was due. So like I said, I find it funny that all of a sudden my son has no "space" in any of the classes AFTER THE FACT THAT I PAID WHAT WAS DUE AND THEN PAYING IN ADVANCE FOR THE DAY I REQUESTED FOR THE NEXT WEEK. And regarding Ricardo, yes I made some edits in my comment and said he's insensitive and only cares for money because he's a doctor.... but I took it out because i felt like I was generalizing in all doctors when I actually work with doctors who genuinely care. It wouldn't be fair to them. It was in the heat of the moment.... but anything you say will not change the experience I got from ur co-owner.... and I meant every word. -------------------------------------------------- My first reaction to the school was great. I loved the staff... but the relationship I had with them towards the end of my son going there was very unfortunate. In the middle of the year, I had to change my son's schedule because of financial issues. And because of this, my son had to be on "drop in" status... Michelle was very nice to us and tried to work with our issues. She even assured that they were willing to work with us on days he goes just as long as I was okay with him being in different classes. At one point, I was behind and was even making payment arrangements to get caught up on what we owed until one day we were stopped by Michelle and was told that they can no longer accommodate us and payment must be made in full. She said these were the words of the owner, Ricardo. So we eventually paid off what we owed because we liked the school... A few months after, we came back and my son was still on "drop in" status. The staff was able to work on days he had to be there. Then on one day, we told a staff member that payment will be late and we were told that it was okay... but without any warning at all a payment was deducted from our checking account without my permission. I never signed any papers stating they could deduct this from my checking account and I asked Brittany and Ricardo to cancel it and the response I got from Ricardo was... "payment is due before attending, it will be deducted from your account on Tuesday." Mind you this was a Friday or Saturday when I spoke to them. Ricardo didn't even apologize... however, Brittany did. Ricardo asked us to sign papers for autodeduct for the future but of course I refused. So since all this has happened, I was told that classes are now full... and their excuse was "since our school as grown, are classes are full and next availability would be for fulltime status." This issue was never a problem in the past, why now? I find it funny that attending is now an issue since I spoke with Ricardo... had I ever known this was going to happen, I would have never paid the annual enrollment fee... To parents, the school is great... but if you're ever in a situation like mines and had to deal with Ricardo, beware. He's very insensitive and does not care. He's just into getting his money. He can careless for parents who is financially struggling because he's a doctor.
