  • Wow -- I just had to stop in here at Yelp and mention a few more super nice employees! Danny - who I think is the produce manager - was so helpful. Not only did he stop a big cleaning job to go in back and get me 2 items I really needed but he took the time to listen to a concern and to explain some of their processes & procedures. That really helps me to plan my shopping and not get upset over things that even he can't control! :-) What a great WalMart representative! His report, Rene had also gone to find something for me that was in the back room but not on the shelf which I really appreciated. Very customer service oriented! And last - but not least! Courtney at customer service was so polite, patient and professional when I ended up walking in at 5 min before closing with several returns. She kept her cool and helped me with the same regard that she would have if it was the beginning of her shift. She's a Customer Service superstar! It's a few minutes after 9pm and there are always a lot of associates around - just ask for help and they seem eager to! Shawn just got me a case of water from the back - he's helped me a few times before and he's always cheerful and professional! Another great Walmart employee!
