  • I ordered a living room set at the end of May and I have still not received my lamps that were on back order. Each time I call, they tell me they are at the warehouse and will be shipped. This is the same story that I have heard since the beginning of July. They were due at the end of June. Still no lamps and September is almost here. Not recommended. After my previous post, Lisa was very responsive and the lamps arrived. My suggestion would be if you run into a problem, sometimes calling corporate or management first helps. Thank you Lisa and the Management from the Henderson store.
