The initial buying experience with Ashley was very good. Low pressure and she answered all our questions. Once we left there, the customer service has been poor. We were supposed to have a person call us on Monday to schedule service to have a small dent removed. I had told them that I was on vacation this week and wanted it done asap. I never received a call. My wife had problems one night with her car when the office was closed. I had sent several emails with the office to call me asap the following morning and nobody contacted us. We finally called the emergency road service number and they took care of us. No follow up from their office to see if our issues were resolved.
I have been trying to register on My Hyundai website but can't since the car is under a previous owner. I have sent many emails and left a phone message and still have not received a call back from anyone. I finally decided to go on Hyundai's website and was able to get in contact with someone that could help me. No help from the dealership. Disappointing!
