  • Latitude has honestly been the worst renting experience I have ever had. Don't be fooled by the nice common area and front offices or the cute little "future resident" parking signs -- this place is a shit hole. We have lived here a full year and the day we moved in we put in two maintenance requests that have yet to be full-filled, one being our toilet was constantly flushing and the other being a broken air vent -- so kind of important requests. Everything is as cheap as it can be and the management is terrible. When we received our initial keys we later found out that the apartment we had rented was already occupied so we had to wait another day to be placed in new apartment. Our second round of getting our keys for our unoccupied apartment, we later found out we received the wrong mailbox key and we did not get a new mailbox key for 3 months following. The management does not care about maintenance of the property, there is constantly dog shit and trash laying around. Noise complaints and maintenance requests are blatantly ignored. Don't be surprised if they add some extra fees to your rent or charge you the wrong amount -- it happens quite often! Best of luck finding a new home but I would check latitude off the list, the rent is cheap for a reason.
