  • Sent in a favorite English wool sweater. Figured it was a lost cause because somehow I managed to tear two small holes in the front of it. $25 later I got the sweater back and I couldn't even find the holes. I had to go under a desk lamp and turn the sweater inside out to see one of the repairs for the bigger hole. I couldn't find it from looking at the outside of the garment. Never did find the smaller hole repair. And this is a finely knit sweater. Magical!
