  • GOOD DEAL Another shuttle company charges $2.50 more for a downtown Vegas round trip. This place is one of the cheapest along with another company. Below are the current Prices as of Nov 2014: $17.50 roundtrip or $9.50 one way to downtown hotels $14.50 roundtrip or $8.00 one way to strip hotels So it's not a bad deal if you're looking to save a little extra money for the slot machines. The process is easy to secure a ride. Grab your bags and walk out of the terminal. There will be 3 different companies. Don't jump at the first one because they are the most expensive. Walk your way down to Bells and you will be happy you did. I was lucky to get a whole bus for myself to downtown. The best part is I didn't have to see a million other peoples hotels on the way. These buses can be annoying as you stop at hotel after hotel dropping off your fellow riders. At this point I was finally "Winning" in Vegas. I purchased a round trip ticket because it's cheaper then a one way. You have to call 24 hours before you're flight to set up the bus return to the airport. The staff was nice even giving me the choice of two times. The bus actually showed up 10 minutes early which was great for me except for the crazy "Target Lady" (think SNL) who was freaking out about a bus going to the airport. She had called another company 1 minute prior to my bus showing up and was given a confirmation number for pickup. Then she freaked out when a bus showed up. She was screaming with excitement and asking the driver if she should get on. She wanted to know if this was her bus? I almost said, "Lady you've wasted 10 minutes of our time. Either way get on or get off the bus but stop freaking out!" She finally got on and couldn't figure out her seat belt worked. I really felt like we were on hidden camera show but isn't all of Vegas one big reality show. The driver of the bus had to get out and buckle her in. Once we started moving she started asking us questions. We were trapped in the bus with her forcing us into stupid conversation. I don't get easily annoyed but I was really annoyed. This lady was not a fault of Bells because they are just trying to make money. But be aware you might get a few characters on these buses and I surely did on my return trip. I almost forgot on our last stop a guy got on with a cowboy hat and a mustache that would make any dude on Halloween jealous. It was sticking out a foot and a half in both directions. It was almost hitting me in the face with its fine point. How is this guy going to ride on the plane? Everyone on my bus got off at Spirit Airlines...enough said. Vegas is always an adventure and it never stops. If you need an airport transfer and you're not looking to lose an arm and a leg then these bus shuttles are the way to go. Just be warned you might be riding with some potential future reality TV show stars.
