  • You guys need to train your staff on how to make coffee. The last girl I had thought that if you order a regular with milk it means you want the milk AND the cream. And they can never confirm what you ordered they just tell you your order number is "whatever you ordered" or I've also gotten "I dunno I make a lot of coffees."
