As a big fan of the Food Network, I was determined to hit up all the big food stars' restaurants while I was in Vegas and unfortunately this place ranked last on the chain. Both food and service were disappointing. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday (which was noted in the reservation) and it was fine that it was unacknowledged, but our server was just rude and seemed annoyed when we asked questions about the menu.
Food-wise, we ordered the soup appetizer, blue corn pancakes and fire roasted veal chop. The pancakes were good but veal chops were cooked at the wrong temperature from what we requested. It was taking way too long to flag down our waiter's attention and we did not feel like dealing with his rude temper, so we bagged it up and gave it to the luckiest street hobo of the night.
Really wish we would've spent our money at one of the many other restaurants on The Strip.
