My car over heated and died unexpectedly on Thursday. By the following evening I was driving my new Jeep from Carmax home. They gave me money for my old car, rolled the money I still owes on it into my new Jeep loan all easily and with a great customer experience. I first called and spoke with Duncan. He stuck with me throughout the whole process until I shook his hand and drove home in the new car. He answered all my questions, helped me search online for my perfect car, ran the app over the phone etc etc. He was never pushy and I didn't feel like he was trying to run me for every dime they could. It really is no haggle no hassle. He was really good with communicating and keeping me informed. The test driving and buying process was great. It turned this horrible stress of having my car die into a blessing in disguise. They have really good deals at Carmax. I got a 1 year old jeep with only 8770 miles on it for $14998.... Payments around $354 per month (of course everyone's credit is different) but I feel like I got a really reliable jeep at a great price with amazing customer service. I'll probably always go straight to Carmax from now on. I bought my last car at a dealership, I prefer the "no bull$h!t, no haggle, no hassle" of Carmax.
