  • Highly disappointed in the service I received Saturday and today at this location. For 9 years I have took all my vehicles to this location. Tony was always upfront and very honest. Saturday I had an 8am appt because something was going on with the front end of our truck. Dropped off, waited until 1pm before I called to see what was going on because I had heard nothing. At that time, the guy said it was my steering shaft and he wasn't sure what I wanted to do.?!?! Once we straightened that out it was too late to get it from the dealer. We picked the truck up Monday night after being told it was ready.. My husband doesn't even make it out of the parking lot because some forgot to screw a plate on. Also, apparently my tires are good during my vehicle inspection that I paid 19.95 for when I know for a fact my tires are not good. This is the first time I have ever received this kind of service and felt that Community nickeled and dime me. I was told they have had a management change and turn over recently so I will give them the benefit of doubt this time however I am extremely disappointed at this time.
