  • I have been a resident since 2013, and I'd like to clear the air. This community does not resemble a section 8 property nor do they accept section 8, and I can confirm this is true because I have asked. The office staff as well as maintenance are very friendly and attend to the residents needs. Every time I have put in a work order, maintenance arrived either same day or the next. A very nice guy. The ladies in the office tend to my complaints, concerns, and assistance with genuine care. The town homes are more than beautiful and the price is very fair for what you get! I feel as though these yelp reviews are unfair, and please visit the complex and meet the staff before you judge them by reading the reviews.
