| - Beware, yelpers! Do NOT come here!!! I'm honestly surprised at how many 5 star reviews there are! My boyfriend and I had Groupons and an appointment with this place; when we arrived, came to find out it was cheaper to just not have it. Online, they're menu says $40 for a 60 min luxury reflexology. There's a sign outside saying they'll do it for $20. When we came in the lady at the front desk was a little too engrossed with her phone for me. After standing a bit, she finally showed us to our massage chairs. WARNING: you share one big room with other customers. There are no partitions to make some areas semi private. We were placed in the back next to the back room. FYI: it's the worst area to be seated at. There's a lot of foot trafficking, you hear the water getting dumped, it's also their brake room so you can hear conversations and the microwave going off. It was hard to be relaxed. Next door is a groomers and you'll hear a lot of barking.
So while your feet is soaking in warm water, they give you a scalp and face massage (which I really enjoyed!). As for the rest of the session, it was terrible! Through out the whole session, our masseuses kept talking to each other...really? They couldn't wait an hour to have a conversation with each other? On the way in I saw other customers get body rubs and thought 30 min on feet and 30 mins for a body rub. Nope! You get 10 min on feet and 50 on body. Which might be great for some people but I came in for a foot massage. The guy was putting too much pressure for the body rub, he literally beat up the shit out of my back! I'm still sore and swollen from where he was "concentrating". Also, when he asked me to flip around for the back rub, WITHOUT warning or mentioning anything he pulls my (strapless) sun dress all the way down to my waist and unhooks my bra!!! OMG seriously?!?! I didn't see any of the other women taking off their shirts for this!!! At some point he put a towel on my back to massage me. Which I don't understand why you would do that, you can't feel the knots and know where they are. At the end of the session 10% of my knots were undone and I felt like I was beat up by the Chinese mafia. When we were leaving my boyfriend and I gave a $5 tip to each of our "masseuses", both of them looked at it and told us that there was a $10 tip minimum. WTF?!?! You're lucky to get anything in the first place! Not wanting to argue, my boyfriend just gave them the extra $5 for both of us. They didn't even say "Thank you," how rude! In my opinion, tip is based on how good your services are, and we were NOT happy at all! We're never coming back and I'll take my money else where.
