OK so I don't use yelp very much but I made an account just so I could write a review about my horrible experience at Drybar. I had one of the worst so called hair stylists I have ever had the misfortune of meeting in my entire life. Let me first say that I work in the industry and have been doing hair going on 7 years now in Los Angeles so I know a little about the business. When I'm in vegas I like to relax and step on the other side of the chair and let someone else work on my hair while I play the part of the tourist. I never tell anyone what I do for a living and never point out a stylists mistakes or lack of experience.
I have never been to drybar before so when Leeanne was going over the options for me to choose from I was almost tempted to ask for another person to do my hair from the jump. This woman was extremely rude, condescending and basically the most unpleasant person I have met. She ignored my requests and seemed annoyed anytime I asked her a question or questioned what she was doing to my hair. She constantly rolled her eyes and made me feel so uncomfortable. Not only was Leeanne rude she had no clue to what she was doing. I don't like to point out others mistakes or just lack of experience because everyone starts somewhere but I'm not going to let this rude cocky little woman destroy my hair. I'm sorry but if Drybar would hire someone like Leeanne I can only imagine what the rest of the staff at the Las Vegas location is like. The only positive thing I could say about Leeanne was she did not have a problem talking. Problem was she constantly talked about herself and how she can't wait to move back to LA. I wouldn't let Leeanne touch my hair again even if she paid me.
Anyone going to Drybar at the miracle Mile shops be warned and if you are put with Leeanne to do your hair ask for another stylist.
