  • I gave them 5 stars cause after receiving a car with bald tires in the middle of a Toronto storm - I called the next day and when I spoke to the supervisor Ahmed, he was very professional, apologetic, and promised in one hour to be there at my door with a new car. Within the hour he was there, the new car had new tires and low mileage.. some of them might not be friendly and talkative but once they actually go through some sort of training on customer service they might get loyal customers and hopefully become even more successful. On another note, the gentleman who rented me the car insisted I pay the 12,95 a day added insurance which he said was the law . I later found out this is not the case .... so make sure you don't take extra insurance when using your credit card .
