Well, thank you so much for that. But your company has very poor communication and very crappy customer service. Ah, you blocked me from you page, how ever will I live with myself?!?! Yes i admitted I was less than kind to your employee, but what about how she treated me?! If I'm not correct, customer service is the staple to any company and you guys lack in that severally. Of course i am going to be upset, your company told me a price, and we confirmed a date for my move and you somehow didnt have any of that info and it was going to be more than what i was told twice? So sorry I said quote and not estimate, aren't the the same thing?! Yes please refer to all the wonderful comments about this moving company who loses peoples estimates, doesn't have their move dates set, and their crappy customer service! Good luck all!
